For Made-To-Order Merchandise: Please allow up to 7-15 business days for production of your Made-To-Order products. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business after production and quality control are completed via USPS with tracking number and will require Signature Confirmation.

Domestic (USA) Shipping: Double Agent Wear offers free shipping on all domestic (USA) for orders placed in our online store. All order in the USA will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 3 business days for order processing and 3-7 business days for delivery via USPS. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order ships.
Double Agent Wear does not ship on the weekends.
Double Agent Wear cannot be responsible for any delays caused by signature requirements or adverse weather conditions.
All orders to Canada are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery dates for expedited orders to Canada cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays in customs. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties
International Shipping: We also offer a flat fee shipping rate to International orders, according to location. Your order total with all shipping fees will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency.

International shipments are mailed via USPS Priority Mail, with a typical delivery time of 7-14 days (depending your location). However, please be aware that your package may be delayed by customs, government inspections, etc. Your order may arrive sooner, or in rare cases, later than the time frame listed. For this reason we cannot offer guaranteed arrival dates on international orders. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or levies that your country may impose on your shipment as this is handled within the country of receipt.

You may return your purchase within 7 business days of the original date of delivery to receive store credit or exchange.

If you ordered the wrong size there will be a one time exchange available, only on your first pair of Double Agent Shoes, so that you can have the opportunity to find what size fits you. You are responsible of all shipping fees.
We do not refund/credit shipping charges.
If we accept the item for an exchange you are responsible of all shipping charges.
Merchandise must be returned and received unworn, in the original packaging, with all included accessories and tags, and with the original shipping invoice. Be sure to test your new shoes on a soft/carpeted surface. Shoes that are scuffed or worn are not returnable.
ALL orders will be returned-shipped at customer’s expense.
Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs within 7 days of purchase.
Items purchased with any offer/coupon codes may result in adjusted refund amount.
If you receive your Double Agent Shoes and there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us for instructions on returning the shoes to us-- DO NOT return shoes without contacting us first! You will be mailed out a new replacement pair as soon as possible, at no extra cost to you.
For Store Credit: Your store credit will be issue within 3 business days after your original purchase has been returned to us.
For Exchange: We will start production of your new pair pair of shoes once we receive your return.
While we want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your purchase, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we suspect the damage, defect or mistake was not caused by us.
If you wish to cancel an order after it was placed, email us immediately (Within 24 hours), and we will gladly cancel the order. Once an order is processed can not be canceled. No cancellations accepted after 24hours of placing an order, no exceptions.
