Please allow 5-10 business days for production. In case of any delays we will notify you. Your order will be generally dispatched within 2 days after production is completed. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and signature is required. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping is free within the Continental USA. Flat rate shipping is available for Canada.
International orders are mailed via USPS with typical delivery time of 7-14 days (depending your location). However, please be aware that your package might be delayed due to Customs, government inspections, etc. For this reason we cannot offer guaranteed arrival dates on international orders. Customer is responsible for all customs/taxes/duty fees.

We hope you love and enjoy your Double Agent Shoes! But if there is any issues with your order we would like to hear from you.
If you receive your Double Agent Shoes and/or other merchandise, and there is a manufacturing defect please contact us. DO NOT return shoes or any other merchandise without contacting us first. Shoes be unworn and include all original tags.
Custom orders are not returnable.
If you ordered the wrong size there will be a one time exchange available.
You may return your purchase within 7 business days of the original date of delivery o receive store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 7 business days of the original date of delivery, unless arranged and agreed with us, Double Agent Wear.
We do not refund/credit shipping charges.
Customer is responsible of all shipping fees.
